Indeed. You're welcome.

If this bill passes, I guess I would become a criminal... A disturbing thought. Yet when the law ignores common sense or fails to function in the way it is supposed to, is exceedingly difficult to enforce, and greatly restricts me, I would be. Or I can move to Europe.

True, but even more galling is the fact that filing fees for copyright registration that is required for many legal protections, is far too expensive for the average artist to afford. $35 just for pre-registration of unpublished art is not exactly within reach of many starving artists, college students or working artists with bills to pay. Only those who can afford the full protections of copyright get it. Everyone else is a potential infringer.
